Toyota For Williams 2007? | Quote: | The Williams F1 Team will use Toyota power from 2007 after a year with Cosworth. The deal is believed to be for three years with a possible extension.
Midland F1 currently race with Toyota power but the current rumours of a quick sale could be confirmed when Williams announce the deal.
The Williams team were expected to face a terrible season with Cosworth after signing with the British engine manufacturers for 2006. Cosworth are generally seen as the F1 underdogs due to their budget and facilities, but during the winter pre-season testing they produced one of the most powerful V8 units on the grid. Reliability has been exceptional with only one engine retirement in race conditions with Nico's engine blow out in Malaysia.

Interesting, lets see if it gets announced or if it's just another rumour. Personally i'd like to see another manafacturer buy out cosworth and sponser williams for 2007, dunno who tho, maybe mistubishi, VW, and i'd love to see ford get back into it...
