Monaco Grand Prix

Well the one of the best races is uppon us again for 2006, Monaco. Kimi won the race last year followed up by the two bmw williams of hieldfeld and mark webber (both thier 1st podiums). Should be a pretty interesting race hopefully we'll see a few more of the teams being a bit more competitive after last weeks round of tests. I'd expect to see the renaults and ferrari's strong again with the rest all too close to call. Hopefully we'll see an exciting racing as i think the seasons been pretty dull so far apart from the 1st couple of races. The race is on CH10 on 10 30 EST, check ur local guides Wink
Cheesman

I think you will find it was not rosberg but in fact Heidfeld. I love this race so i hope webber gives me something to cheer about.
Yeheti

damn it cheese ur too damn fussy
Cheesman

Lol......ha. It has to be right dude but good u fixed it.
vivboots

there should be more street races in F1... or make them go around the mountain. Imagine an F1 down conrod straight Very Happy
Yeheti

hehehehe yea some variety would be nice, theres talk about a 2nd US race being a street race in las vegas, now im sure that would be very very very cool
vivboots

that would be awesome. street racing is good coz it brings out the best in the drivers. no room for error. can't wait till monaco! most exciting race of the year.... maybe after spa.
Brazilian Chap

I'm not sure if USA deserves two races...
Yeheti

yea i agree that they dont need two races, but europe could lose one easily. plus a street circuit in las vegas that'd be wicked seein the cars race arround with all the neon lights and stuff it'd be mad. they might even make it a night race which would be pretty cool
vivboots

san marino gp isn't even held in san marino. i didn't know that till i actually looked up where imola was on the map. that means germany and italy get two gps, but somtimes the eurpean was held at other places around europe like that place in england i can't remember now but those other cars that i can't remember the name.. the ones with all the countries... ahh yes, brants hatch or something like that. anyway where was i... yeah, so i tied an onion to my belt coz that was the style at the time Wink
vivboots

hahah what a screwed up wink, i only just noticed that WinkWink
Yeheti

hahahahah u moron, any people get back on topic, whos your tips for pole/podiums at monaco?
Cheesman

I would have to go Alonso,Shumi and Button
vivboots

i would go alonso and michael. the final spot either kimi, fisichella, or massa depending on grid position and how well their weekend is etc....
i would expect close race results as qualification since overtaking is almost impossible.
Brazilian Chap

I'd love to see Massa in the first positions , but I reckon Alonso/Schumi for the 1st place
vivboots

mclarens have speed Very Happy
its looking promising!! (montoya 3rd and kimi 5th or 6th in prac 2)
Yeheti

yea wurz was up the top so the williams also have the pace, although nico and mark are further down the order but thier revs will be down so i think it'll be a wickedly exciting qualifying session. and viv are u sweating jealousy? ahahahahaha old jokne ever mind what i mean to say was do i smeel a sniff of you favouring the mclarens?
vivboots

yeah i support mclaren, and kimi. although im going to have to support the devil next year if kimi goes to ferarrai. thats going to be hard. i always hated ferarrai.
Brazilian Chap

I did support McLaren ages ago, when they had the legend Ayrton Senna...
vivboots

michael who? - thats what we would be saying if senna was still alive.
vivboots

michael at the back for stopping on circut to interfere with other ppls qualifying. serves him right.
Yeheti

oh yea schumi is to the back of the grid cause he's a cheat so nahhhh
Yeheti

ok viv lets not post at EXACTLY the same time
vivboots

haha we posted at the same time.
but yeah what a cheat. probably wants to try and claim senna's last record.
go webber go... he seems to like monaco, 3rd last year.
go kimi go, if he's heavy Very Happy
die michael die, lets see him get tangled with the minnows trying to find a way past them
Yeheti

i dont think i ever told u my story about michale schumacher, i found out he was on the coast before the grand prix here this year. i heard on the radio he and mick doohan were up at chevron island so i went to go chase them down. now i went up there couldnt find schumi. i found doohan ang got a photo. couldnt find schumi so i sat down to eat some lunch. then it happened i saw him and his ultra hot chicky babe so i walked up to the ultra fit buff guy he is (when u see him in person he looks like he could ran a marathon 10 times without breaking a sweat) anyway well walked up to him and asked for a photo and he says back to me in the corniest german accent you can think of

"i dont do photo"

i stuck a voodoo on him in melbourne for that and he crashed so i was happy. i never really liked the guy but i admire he is a good driver but after that and what happened today he is a total cock!!!
vivboots

at least you got to say hi to him. some celebs are real stuck up, but so far the famous people i have met, not that there have been many, have been quite nice.
on another note, didn't know bernie had a daughter:

[/img]
Yeheti

13. Button 14. Villeneuve
15. Heidfeld 16. Albers
17. Monteiro 18. Speed
19. Sato 20. Montagny
21. Massa 22. M Schumacher

got to love that all red back row Very Happy
vivboots

all red back row. awesome. dont think i have ever seen that before.
Yeheti

Well alonso had another pretty good race showing realiability rules over everything else. It was another horrible day for the two williams with webber having an exhaust problem causing some wiring to catch fire whilst nico had his throttle stuck and ran into a wall. Kimi had some cooling probelms and his engine caught fire. I just cant help but think how well webber could have gone last night. he was assured a podium if not the top step...
Cheesman

I was so upset when he pulled out........I think he would have got 2nd mabe first with some luck.
vivboots

he was going to run longer than two in front with same if not more speed. i reckon he would have won for sure... it is upsetting.
Brazilian Chap

nice to see Barrichello in front of Shummi at the end!
vivboots

yeah it was bad that he couldn't make the podium due to the speeding infringement. but then again at least it went to DC and red bull... first for them
Yeheti

yea a good result for red bull, christan hornner lost a bet with DC and jumped into the RB motorhome pool naked pretty classic stuff.

vivboots

good stuff richard... i was wonder if there were going to be photos of that bet
Yeheti

i nearly didnt post the photo but then thought i should
JarJarBinks

bad luck for Webber and Kimi. Was a good race I thought.
Roy

M.Schumacher and Ferrari deserved that punishement perhaps now they won't try to pull stunts like that any more.
